The ALZHEIMER’S ASSOCIATION MISSION:
 
For 25 years, the Colorado Chapter has lead the fight against Alzheimer's disease and related disorders by increasing the understanding of dementia and its impact on family and community, providing information and support for those affected, and promoting the advancement of research.
The Alzheimer's Association Colorado Chapter is the premier source of information and support for over 63,000 Coloradoans with Alzheimer's disease. Families throughout the state have access to support services through regional offices in Denver, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Durango, Grand Junction, Fort Collins, and Greeley.
